Overview
Known as the “Coca-Cola” route, Marangu is the most established and traditionally popular route on Mount Kilimanjaro. It is the only path offering sleeping huts with dormitory-style accommodations. Despite its reputation as the easiest route due to its gradual incline and direct trail, reaching the summit remains physically demanding and rewarding. This 7-day itinerary includes an acclimatization day to improve success rates.
