This policy ensures that tourists are protected during their stay, with coverage that supports both health and travel-related emergencies.

- Children (3–17 years): $22 USD
- Children under 3 years: Free
- Coverage Duration: Up to 92 days per policy

- Medical emergencies
- Accidents and injuries
- Emergency medical evacuation
- Repatriation of remains
- Lost baggage
- Lost passport assistance
- Accidental death and related repatriation costs
📝 How to Obtain the Insurance
- Official Provider: Zanzibar Insurance Corporation (ZIC)
- Application Process:
- Visit the official website: https://visitzanzibar.go.tz
- Choose your coverage option (single, family, or group)
- Complete the online form with your travel details
- Pay the insurance fee online
- Receive a receipt and QR code for presentation at immigration
- At Entry Point:
You must present your QR-coded insurance receipt along with your tourist visa at immigration checkpoints upon arrival in Zanzibar.

- Buy in Advance: It is highly recommended to purchase this insurance before your travel to avoid delays or complications at the port of entry.
- Entry Denial: Travelers without proof of valid insurance may be denied entry into Zanzibar.
